Education is an important part
of our mandate. Since 1991 we have been sponsoring the Julius
Griffith Memorial Awards for Excellence in Watercolour at
Colleges of Art & Design
in Nova Scotia, Ontario and Alberta.
We also organize symposiums and workshops across Canada.

Canada Symposiums
These intensive workshops last from a weekend to five days
and take place every other year at different locations across
the country.
Regional lectures
and demonstrations
Half day – one day events are organized periodically
in the various regions. Information is posted on the home
page as it becomes available.

Teach Classes
Many of our elected members teach, - either in their own
studios or for art groups or schools.
Individual Consultation
The CSPWC offers hour-long individual consultations with
two elected members.
